1. Review General Rules.
2. 4-Hers may exhibit a notebook in any 4-H project, provided they are enrolled in the project.
Limit one notebook per project per 4-Her. Suggested projects to make a notebook for are
citizenship, family studies, bicycle, leadership, public speaking, shooting sports, fishing, etc.
3. On the entry tag, write the project for which the notebook is being exhibited.
4. The State Fair does not have classes for most 4-H notebooks. Check the State Fair 4-H
Catalog for information.
