ATV Race Rules

Register     Rules

All rules and regulations will be followed.

1. The ATV races will be located at the Expo Complex, 2.5 miles West of Great Bend. Vehicles and trailers please unload West of the track. There are to be no ATV's South of the track. Including all warm-ups. (Warning followed by disqualification will result if not followed.)

2. This race is for All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) only. Helmets are required. Other safety equipment is optional. Please, no professional racers.

3. The race consists of 2 laps. Each contestant will run one lap in each lane.

4. This is a timed event! Bracket seating will be decided by lottery. The fastest time will advance to the next bracket, Double Elimination.

5. Penalties – Each pylon is 5 seconds, straw bales 10 seconds, and interfering with opponent or going off course is 20 seconds.

6. On the last lap, the lead vehicle has the right way at the cross-over point.

7. Posted rules day of the race will take precedence. All decisions made by the race officials are final . Any protest must be submitted in writing to the County Fair Association.
