Commercial Exhibits

The Barton County Fair Association is celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Since we have moved the commercial exhibits to the Expo I building, we continue to try and make improvements which allow us more comfort and better security. The Barton County Fair Association tries very hard to run a family oriented fair, that is safe for everyone.

Insurance
All Exhibitors MUST provide proof of liability Insurance prior to set up.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sale Prohibition
No knives will be allowed to be sold on the Fair grounds, unless it is kitchen cutlery. The sale of laser items such as pens, key chains, etc. is also prohibited. The Barton County Fair Commercial Exhibit Committee will handle any questions and disputes.

Please NO Balloons in the Building.

Prohibition on Solicitations
No commercial exhibitors will be allowed to distribute material outside of their booth area. Also, no solicitations (brochures, flyers, etc.)

On behalf of the Barton County Fair Association, we would like to say thank you to last years Commercial Exhibitors. The fair was a great success and you helped make that possible. To prospective exhibitors, we say welcome, come give us a try. We have lots of events planned for this year and another very successful fair is anticipated.

The Commercial exhibits will open on Wednesday, July 7th and will continue through Saturday, July 10th. Exhibitors are asked to set-up on July 7th between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We hope you will consider becoming part of one of the largest county fairs in Kansas and send in your application today.
