1. Read General Rules
2. Exhibitors shall be between 5 - 13 years of age as of Jan. 1 of current year.
3. Animals will be shown from the trailer.
4. Exhibitors will be allowed to place one blocking chute and will be placed in an area provided and assigned by superintendent.
5. NO ANIMAL WILL BE ALLOWED TO UNLOAD WITHOUT BEING CHECKED BY SHOW OFFICIAL.
6. Bucket Calves must have an official Health certificate issued by a veterinarian with in 30 days of the show.
7. Artificial coloring of hair, false hair, twine or foreign material will not be allowed. All cattle will be inspected prior to entry into the show ring and anyone found in violation will not be allowed to show.
8. Check-in will be between 3:00-5:00 PM at designated location, each exhibitor is responsible for completing entry forms with entry fee of $10.00 per head, per class & presenting both to show table.
9. Bucket Calves will be shown in class determined by classes.
10. Bucket Calves will be judged individually in a conference type judging situation. Judging criteria will include what the individual has learned about caring for and raising the calf, general health of the calf and knowledge of Beef related area’s. The quality if the calf will not be considered. Bucket
Calves should be clean, washed, brushed and broke to lead. Trimming and clipping will be allowed but will not be considered during the judging.
11. Pay back will be 60/40 split provided there are 5 in the class. The Grand, Reserve, 3rd & 4th place overall forfeiting class money.
12. GRAND CHAMPION, RESERVE GRAND, 3rd & 4th OVERALL WILL BE SELECTED FROM THE TOP 2 OF EACH CLASS AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHOW.
