go it alone with a 10x10.
Spaces will be assigned by the event coordinator upon arrival.
Smokers will be placed outside on a paved concrete area.
Entry Fee: $125 (includes electric and ice!)
  4 Categories: Ribs, Butts, Brisket and Chicken

Appetizers - Anything goes! Must provide 6 items to be judged and an additional 40 items for the Appetizer and Social. Unlimited entries per team. Items may be prepared prior to contest. Social is limited to cooking teams.

Sauce Tasting - This will be a BCFA Fund Raising Event. The Barton County Fair Association will provide pulled pork. The contestants will donate their best sauce. Sauces will be critiqued by your piers

The brisket winner and Overall winner of this contest will be a
2009 Chest to Chest Qualifier
