Support the Fair

Built in 1994, members of the Barton County Fair Association had the vision to build a 150' x 250' building at the Expo Complex west of Great Bend which is the home of the Barton County Fair. Since that time numerous improvements have been made to the building in order to make it more marketable. Since it's construction the Fair Association as added electricity throughout the building on a grid system, lighting, wanes coating to protect the walls, new over head doors, concrete approaches to the doors, and a wash rack for livestock. The building has been host to several 3I shows, livestock shows, bulls gone wild bull riding, barrel racing, State 4-H shooting sports, mini hot rod tractor pulls and various other events.

The Next Phase

The next step is to add a restroom and shower facility to the Building to provide comfort and needs for the exhibitors and public. With this addition, not only will the building be more marketable but more events can be hosted.

How Can You Help?

The Barton County Fair Association is accepting Donations to help fund the Restroom/Shower project. All donations will be accepted. Since the Barton County Fair is a 501(c)3 orgainization, donations are tax deductible.
