Our Mission

     The Barton County Fair Association is dedicated to the enhancement of agriculture and the Youth of Barton County and the surrounding area, while providing opportunities for all people to gain a sense of pride in their community. The Barton County Fair Association will provide the best possible entertainment, educational activities and competitive exhibits for the enjoyment of all individuals.

Our Goals

     To provide a series of activities for the community to come together and to participate actively in a variety of ways. Support for our youth who are pursuing their interests directly and indirectly, not only during the fair but also year round.

     To develop a broad base of community support through volunteerism and financial underwriting. Provide a way for the community to become aware of it’s own potential as a whole, thereby developing pride and resourcefulness.

     To attract people from outside the community to come to Barton County and enjoy the fair, thus enhancing the image of the community and establish the Barton County Fair Board members as a viable, essential part of the community.
